Client Success Support Specialist

Forbes Travel Guide, an international hospitality ratings company, seeks a dynamic individual to assist with the daily functions of Client Success team operations, as assigned.

Tasks include (but are not limited to) contact and account updates in Salesforce and our proprietary Partner Site, administering trials and demos of our software and reporting and following up on communications to clients. The successful candidate will work efficiently in a remote environment and thoughtfully with excellent attention to detail and quality communications.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive and reactive contact updates across internal systems, including Salesforce and our proprietary Partner Site; this includes research on targets and information to get a contact’s email
  • Management and update of client data within the Partner Site, including asset creation, contact management, username and password resets
  • Management and distribution of trials for online FTG products, including the Partner Site and Lobster Ink trials; this includes follow-ups with trial users and sending usage reports to Partner Services
  • Assisting with a variety of assignments associated with the annual rating report deliveries, Star Rating announcement, our Summit event and other special projects and events
  • Work with the department in an administrative capacity and on a variety of projects as needed
  • Tasks may continue to evolve over time after an initial and gradual transition period

Executive Trainer (Middle East)
The Executive Trainer is a dynamic individual who combines a successful and in‐depth training background with demonstrated strengths in hospitality, public speaking, relationship building and delivery of an exceptional learning and development product for Forbes Travel Guide. This role requires executing contracted hotel, restaurant and spa training to properties around the globe; considerable working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and Star‐Rated properties; always acting as a representative and ambassador of Forbes Travel Guide; and enhancing and creating additional resources for the Learning & Development training library. The Executive Trainer will also assist with creating programs for clients, as well as continued enhancement of Learning & Development offerings.
